SELF-MASTERY
Stage 3 focused on the idea of self-mastery. Our interpretation of this subject revolved around themes of moving. When people try to “get their life together” one of the first things they do is sort their belongings. Keeping a tidy room is seen as necessary for a sound mind. We do these decluttering rituals to reach some sort of mental clarity. Stage 3 is more than just our physical space, to tackle this difficult step we must also organize our mind. Realizing our habits and thoughts shape our reality just as much as our clutter. Clear out space for new ideas, and work on changing limiting beliefs!
'Self Mastery' was inspired by the messiness, clutter, both mentally and physically that comes along with attempting to implement discipline amongst the everyday responsibilities
When conceptualizing Stage 3: Self Mastery, maximalism was at the center of our moodboard
